User Agreement for the use of the mobilis Rent a Car website
By making a reservation on this website

A reservation (confirmed or not) does not constitute a contract for the provision of car rental services. A contract will be made at the time of rental and will be governed by the laws of the state in which it is executed.

Minimum rental period.

The minimum rental period is one (1) day, calculated using the 24-hour method (return time equals pickup time).

Required age.

Drivers of all vehicle categories must be at least 21 years old.

Driver’s license.

Drivers must have a valid driver’s license for at least three years. The driver’s license can be Greek, European, or international. An international driver’s license must be accompanied by the national driver’s license.

Renter’s responsibilities.

The renter is required to inspect the car (both interior and exterior), identify any damage by noting it on the Damage Report, and return the vehicle in the exact same condition.

Payment methods

(α) Make a deposit or transfer to the bank account.

Mobilis Rent a Car maintains accounts with Eurobank.

(β) Cash upon delivery.

(γ) Payment by credit or debit card:

Mobilis accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. If the payment card is not authorised at the time of pick up for a previous reservation, the car rental will be refused and the corresponding cancellation fee will be applied.
